Please join CMSA Arizona for a CE class, networking opportunity and dinner on May 4, 2023. We are honored to welcome Lance Donkerbrook of Commonwealth Primary Care ACO to present a compelling CE-pending class for our organization. Lance will address:

  • Define an Accountable Care Organization and Why It's Important
  • Explore Value-Based Care and Risk-Based Care
  • What this means for the average patient

 

Meet the Speaker:

Lance Donkerbrook has over twenty five years of healthcare experience ranging from consulting, business planning, financial management and contracting within national health insurers, hospital delivery networks, physician practices and healthcare technology companies. Outside of his more recent ACO leadership, Lance has implemented many innovative projects related to strategic planning, system selections, business case, process re-engineering, productivity, and contracting associated with health plan operations and their IT systems implementations. 

For the last two years of his nine year tenure, Lance has led as the CEO, of the Commonwealth Primary Care Accountable Care Organization based in Tempe, Arizona. He has a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. Lance serves as an advisor for three technology companies, and volunteers on the the Men’s Arts Council with the Phoenix Art Museum and as a Board Member of the Arizona Diabetes Coalition.
