Speakers:

As a President Advisory Council member of the Maxwell leadership team, Yanick is certified to speak, coach and train individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills, and personal growth. Yanick received his Doctorate (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from Marshall University and licensed pharmacist in the state of Arizona. As a Pharmacist, Yanick led, inspired, engaged his team and patients to improve their overall health outcomes. Yanick has consistently booked 90+ engagements per year and has spoken to a variety of audiences at some of the world’s leading brands including Medtronic, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo, and more for their leadership related functions.During this year's CMSA Conference, Yanick will deliver two presentations: Becoming a Person of Influence and How to be a R.E.A.L Person. 

Jayme Ambrose is the visionary, founder, and CEO behind Adobe Population Health. She’s spent more than 30 years building a career in the healthcare industry. Jayme holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing from Arizona State University. She later earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Case Western Reserve. Her work experience coupled with her education gave Jayme an in-depth understanding of and experience in development and management of case management programs. Jayme is a member of the Case Management Society of America where she’s served as a board member, and she’s an active member of the Arizona Nursing Association. She also serves as an adjunct professor for at ASU teaching RN, BSN and master’s students and develops curriculum.

Nicole Murdock is an Associate Professor at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree at Idaho State University and completed a residency and fellowship in Pharmacotherapy with the Departments of Family Medicine and Pharmaceutical Practice in Pocatello, Idaho.  She has been a practicing clinical pharmacist for 20 years now and the last 10  years managing acute care geriatric patients with Banner Boswell Medical Center and Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Murdock has a diverse background, which spans academia, adult internal medicine, acute care geriatric cardiology, managed care administration, and clinical research. She has held multiple leadership roles within the state of Arizona including a tenure as Chair for the State of Arizona’s Quality Improvement Organization Medication Management Steering Committee at which time she also led the QIO’s hospital work group and chaired the State of Arizona’s Health Systems Pharmacy Academy. She was recently asked & will be serving on the Board of Directors for Arizona’s Geriatric Society this upcoming year.
