It is that time again!  CMSA-AZ’s 18^th Annual Conference “The Magic of Case Management!” will be held on Friday October 12^th, 2018 at the Doubletree, 5401 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85250.  We have a great selection of speakers this year looking at all of the aspects of Case Management.  All of the presentations will be give great information, tools and resources to assist Case Managers in providing the best possible care.

 The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) is an international not-for-profit membership society of case managers, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. CMSA offers its members a great way to network and obtain continuing education in the fields of case management, nursing, social work, disease management, and rehabilitation.  Our mission is to promote the growth and value of case management and to support the evolving needs of the case management professional.

 Conference attendees will include case managers, social workers, and other allied health care professional from Arizona and neighboring states.  We are expecting more than 200 attendees (last year there were 235 attendees!), which will provide an ideal forum for vendors and sponsors to present material and information about their services, as well as an excellent opportunity for recruitment. These opportunities increase with the higher levels of sponsorship.

Conferences can only succeed through the generous contribution and participation of our friends and supporters.   Enclosed is the Conference Exhibit Agreement, which must be completed with full payment and all the information required of the sponsorship level you have chosen.  There is also an Early Bird special on selected sponsorship levels, if you apply and make full payment prior to July 1^st, 2018, some sponsorships do not qualify for the early bird special- see sponsorship information sheet for all the details.

 We are going to again have a booth decorating contest for the vendors/sponsors.  The “Magic” theme will be the theme for the 2018 CMSA AZ conference.  Decorate your booth in the theme of the conference and win a prize.  The attendees will have the opportunity to vote for the vendor booth that best fits the theme of the conference.  The winner will receive a $950credit for the 2019 CMSA AZ Annual Conference exhibitor registration.  AGAIN, last year we “SOLD OUT” in Exhibitor’s booths and ended up turning exhibitors away, so DON’T HESITATE in returning your registration and payment.  Please contact CMSA AZ at [email protected] to discuss any questions that you may have.  We look forward to hearing from you.
